WODRed is the toolkit for athletes. I provide 100+ workouts to be performed as well as the ability to configure your own gym timer. The timer mimics a typical clock hanging on the wall in your gym, while providing the simplest experience to configure.

TIMER CONFIGURATION:
Gives you full control to configure a timer for:
- Count Up (For Time)
- Count Down (AMRAP)
- Tabata (Interval Timer)
- Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM)
- Standard Clock

WORKOUTS:
Ive focused on high intensity interval training workouts initially. The goal is to provide you with ease of finding new workouts to perform through filtering, as well as a one click way of setting the timer based on that workout.

MY AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT:
Filter workouts based on what equipment you have available in your gym!

CALORIES:
Estimated calories based on your weight and intensity level during a workout. This is shown live on the timer as it is active and then saved in your activity upon completion of your workout.

NO SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES:
My app is still in early stages as Im a single developer building everything. Im not a fan of subscription apps unless they offer a lot of functionality! Seeing as the app is still pretty limited, no subscriptions charges!! I definitely cant justify charging you every month :)
